I had a good week at Delphin Imperial Lara overall, but I wouldn't fully call it a 5-star experience. The hotel is nicely located, and the variety and quality of food impressed me. However, the service in some areas fell short, particularly with room cleaning and entertainment options. While my room was comfortable, the housekeeping could have been more thorough.

I just returned from a lovely five-night stay at Delphin Imperial Lara. The food was really good and the service was excellent. although I did feel a bit uneasy about the treatment of some staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a fitting choice for families like mine. However, I noticed there were some issues with room allocation that could use improvement.

The hotel's grand entrance set an impressive tone right from the start, and the courtesy of the staff made me feel exceptionally welcomed. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were fantastic, but I did hope for a bit more attention during cleaning. Overall, my experience was nice for the luxury and service provided.
